I think my last email said what an upstanding company you were for taking such thoughtful consideration in your customers responses. And I wanted to applaud you and thank you for that. In a world where customer service has slacked you are really putting yourself above the bar. This follow-up is proof of that. And your product ingredient list is something to praise as well. I'm also someone who takes that list seriously and find it necessary and needed in today's market.

I came across you products at Winners while I was looking for a new skin care regime! Once I saw your packaging, I knew this was the stuff. Then I saw that it's 100% Vegan, and I couldn't resist; I had to read the ingredients. I was hooked, so I bought the WHOLE product line! The only problem is that i'm in love with this stuff, and what happens if I never find it again?! Do you ship to Canada? And if not, would you make me an exception?

Actually my local TJMaxx is where I recently bought your products and I LOVE them so much I quickly went back and purchased their remaining items. I have tons of allergies and since using your products my skin has never been calmer - I look so alive and bright - I can even leave the house without makeup!!! Thank-you and I will be patient until your online ordering is up and running.

Hi, all I can say at this point is wow! My Mom and Dad just arrived for a visit. I haven't seen them in about 9 months. One of the first things my Mom commented on was my skin! She actually said; "Jer your skin looks great!" Can you believe it? If anyone is going to notice it's going to be my Mom! She knows me better than anyone. Of course I immediately started talking about your product, showed it to her and then she tried and loved it too! So yes I think your product is still doing wonders. Also my skin feels great too! I haven't received the toner but it's probably just a mail thing. When I receive it I'll let you know how it works.

I have been on quest to get rid of all of my harmful body and cosmetic products  which I have done  and replace them with all natural products. I was very excited when I found a couple of your products at Winners (what you would know as TJ Maxx or Marshalls) here in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. I LOVE the day and night face creams. I started using them about 6 months ago when my face was a mess! I had dry skin, yet I couldn’t stop breaking out. I gaveup all other products (many of which were NOT earth friendly-shame on me)and only washed my face 2 times a day with a mild soap and then applied your lotions. Within about 2 weeks, my skin wasbalanced again and I have yet to have a bad break out. Best part is knowing I am being kinder to the environment and no animal testing! Love it!
